The owner welcome us with glass of champagne. Our 8 days stay was very delightful. The room was big and the bathroom also. They serve good breakfast and the restaurant is very nice with good food. The staff was kind and helpful.The hotel is in the center of Desenzano with everything in walking distance.

Fantastic location, once you've braved the narrow road up there! Gorgeous views. Pool looked fab, but too cold in April. My 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub (inside). Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.

As we were leaving early the next day, they gave us food for breakfast, and we were delighted with the owners friendliness. We just wished we could have stayed longer. -
You couldn't find more helpful and welcoming hosts. You are treated to wine and cakes on arrival as well as cool water in the fridge and a good breakfast on the balcony every morning - the view is lovely. The room and bathroom are a good size and everything is new and spotlessly clean. The B&B is well situated for exploring Lake Garda but away from the crowds. Very good value for money. We wished we could have stayed longer.
