The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. Stayed here for three nights. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were big enough for two people. Luxurious bathroom and good wifi. Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet so if ur looking to relax after the many tours then this place is for you. -
