Tre r is a family run business, it is about 5-7 rooms in a residence
building 15 minutes from the center of the city. The rooms feels like a
4 or even 4+ hotel. Andrea and his father were extremely
friendly,helpful, thoughtful and attentive. I was given the room at 9 am
though normally I should have had it at around 1 pm which was perfect
for us.

Andrea the host really is fantastic. He provided information before we
got to Tre r, was there to greet us when we arrived and provided lots of
useful information about the area. He's also super friendly! Tre r
is also located in a very typical Rome neighbourhood so if you're
looking for a very authentic place to stay for a great price this is it.
Amazing, fantastic, wonderful restaurants are within an easy walk. The
room is modern and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

This hotel was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the rolling Nerola hillside. The restaurant, though pricey, had amazing food. The entire staff was courteous and helpful and friendly. -

Excellent location in the heart of Rome, very good price for high season. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Standard Italian breakfast with lovely croissants, ask for a fresh coffee, not from the machine. We asked for first floor rooms and got them. Could not fault for the price, and I would stay again. -

We enjoyed our stay in this small and cosy hotel very much indeed.
They kept our reservation even there was some kind of an issue with the credit card provided.
The staff, especially Mimmo (I think) at the reception were just great, always smiling and always ready and willing to help.

Good location: Close to Vatican and Cipro Metro line (7 minute walk).
Good value despite the disappointing breakfast / breakfast facilities - I would stay here again for location, etc.
There are several good restaurants nearby, and an excellent pizza restaurant beside Cipro Metro station - restaurant name is Pizzarium (spelling?).

We really liked the place! We are a toung couple (22-23yrs). The
location is perfect. It is close to the termini station and fairley
close to major attractions! The room was spatious an was always kept
very clean! The via Cavour is one of the biggest streets in Rome and the
streets right behind it have a lot of nice small restaurants (via
urbana).

The room we had was a little dark but well soundproofed with air-con, and the bed was king size and very comfortable and different pillows were found when asked for.
MariaElise could not have been more friendly and helpful, with good advice on sight-seeing, travel in the city and great places to eat. MariaElise even made on-line bookings for us to visit the Vatican(recomended). Nothing was too much trouble for her.
