Bars and restaurants right below on the waterfront and the ferry to the Cinque Terre villages 150 meters away. In our view this is a far nicer village than any of the Cinque Terre. Access is form an pedestrian only lane so parking is a little further away.

Large balcony with huge view and enough place for smaller children to play. We got a complimentary bottle of wine from the hotel, too
