El hotel en si y su situación - It was a beautiful setting and the people were very accomidating - The staff was very helpful and accomodating. They also had a staff member who spoke English which they did not have on a prior visit.

What is there not to like from a good hotel and restaurant in the hills just outside Pistoia. It was still off season so we were unable to be outside where there is a pool(presently not operating) and lovely views. Wonderfull place, especially the hotel owner and her family are very friendly. The owner is very nice to talk with, she's open to answer all your questions. She makes a fresh delicious menu every day, with a lot of choice. The hotel is a great building with a lot of history.

It was just a very relaxing and welcoming environment with no problems...the owners were very down to earth and knew how to balance comfort with privacy.... Pietro is mean with a knife !!! Teníamos dos habitaciones individuales reservadas y nos colocaron en un mismo apartamento con dos habitaciones, cada una con su baño correspondiente y un salón con cocina, todo fenomenalmente decorado y limpio. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a dos minutos andando del centro de Pistoia. Muy recomendable.

Excellent value for money. A well equipped kitchen with 2 separate bedrooms, and Massimo was helpful and available. Very easy to locate off the autostrada, and few minutes walk into the beautiful centre of Pistoia.
We stayed overnight but would certainly return for a longer period.
A very practical choice for a couple or a family. -
