Any closer to the reason why you are in Pisa, would have to be, inside the campanile (that slightly leaning tower you might have heard about) You don't get any better location to the Campo than this. Also is very easy to go to the hotel from the airport by bus. - The apartment was clean, comfortable & quiet (although it is situated on a major road). The staff were extremely helpful, polite & spoke fairly good English. The bedding was comfortable & the apartment has most things you would need for a stay of up to a week.

The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They
all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my
complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me
with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning
Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door.

Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and
kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity
to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year
old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than
adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and
then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room.
Would go back again!

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Todo me gustó mucho, estuvimos muy cómodos y fue una estancia corta pero muy agradable - La ubicación, los alrededores y la propia finca son ideales, siempre que se vaya en coche. La habitación es cómoda y apropiada; idem para el baño.

Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted.
A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip.
Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.
