The rooms are big and clean BUT the place is noisy being on two laneways which have foot and motorbike traffic all night. If noise doesn't bother you and you want to be close to the action in Palermo, this is a well-priced, clean B and B . Spotlessly clean large comfortable room with nice furniture. Lovely, helpful owners. It is a very short walk to some good restaurants and bars, you may have to book, quite busy. The owners are opening an art gallery/library/wine bar in the complex and as these are housed inside large wooden doors, I believe will provide a quiet haven from the busyness of Palermo. Free wifi. About 15 min walk to station. Easy to find on foot. Appears safe - use 3 keys to get to your room and the external windo

Everything was great. My wife, 2 year-old son and I felt so comfortable and Cass Orieles is very child-friendly. Anna, the housekeeper is so frank and helpful. Room is appropriate in size and very clean.

la ubicación y en general esta todo muy correcto y que no lo he encontrado caro por lo que es. - Muy centrico, y la habitación amplias. Aunque no tenia baño en la habitacion teniamos 3 por planta , casi tantos como habitaciones y estaba muy limpio.

The sympathy of the staff was incredible. contacted in English. Cleansess very good. 'Strong' breakfast,
much more European than traditional Italian. The accommodation
represents a good value for money. General impression: very positive,

I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.
