  The staff was very, very welcoming. Response to emails was timely and clear and as such it was easy to plan what was needed. I got an entire flat for myself, very comfortable. Some perspective: I typically travel alone and I try to minimize the cost of doing that as well. I intentionally seek out someplace safe because I have a lot of camera gear... lo que la gente dice » . I generally do not use the facilities such as swinming pools, tv, etc, because I'm out photographing the place and people every chance I get. The wi - A lovley peacefull place with a lovely view of vinyard, forest and a private lake! A really good place to catch the environment of tuscany. The staff was very nice and professional and helped with everything we needed. From our 14 days in italy - it was the best place we slept in. Close to a bus stop and you can reach the center of Firenze within a 40 min bus drive.
