The Staff cannot do enough for you. All desk staff speak great English.
The Spa is perfect. The breakfast is 5* quality with every variation you
could wish for. The spacious bedrooms. Shower is amazingly easy to work
and always hot water from switch on. I can't fault this hotel.

The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated.
There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located.
Wifi very stable and it's free.
One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map.
In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants.
The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate.
Location is okay if you don't mind stay

Todo. Si estás de paso (nuestro caso), es una auténtica maravilla de hotel. Es difícil de encontrar, pero nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema poniendo la dirección en el navegador. - El hotel no aparenta que tenga 3 estrellas. Muy moderno y funcional. El bufet muy completo y tampoco esta tan lejos de Milán. Todo perfecto.
