  Excelente atencion. El hotel esta ubicado a unas cuadras de la estacion Mestre donde se puede ir a Venecia en solo 10 min en tren o bus. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, rodeado de plantas, con habitaciones bien amplias. Desayuno incluido en el precio y muy completo para lo que estamos acostumbrados a desayunar en Argentina (Te sirven medialunas, tostad... lo que la gente dice » as, mermelada, manteca, yogur, cafe con leche etc) - Es un Hotel comodo, la habitacion muy limpia, el desayuno abundante, unlugar para estar en tranquilidad, facilitan el parque para cenar a lanoche y tomarte un sabroso rouge,. Para nosotros fue muy importante laatención y ayuda que ante todo brindan la Sra. Teresa y su familia. Esun excelente hotel costo beneficio y trato personalizado.!!! Confiableal 100 %. la ubicacion excelente

  The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. Well done and keep it up! - We loved all about this Villa, it's perfect for a short or long stay in the area. We left our car on the safe parking sport and took a bus to Venice, which was extremely convenient. Accommodation was clean and spacious, with a beautiful terrace.

  We liked everything. The staff speak English as well as Russian (for those who dont speak Italian). The owner was so kind, that gave us two parking spaces for our cars free of charge in the property garden and the staff was so nice, they provided all the facilities what you need including fridge (to keep baby food), boiled water (to prepare baby f... lo que la gente dice » ood and tea). The property is located in a really quiet street, maki - Friendly and comfortable place in Mestre we used this as a base to explore Venice and surrounding areas from. The place is modern and air-conditioned with double glazed windows, very comfortable. Easy walk to nearby "Voltourno" bus station which is easy to get to town and to Venice on. Difficult to get a bus timetable anywhere though with connections etc. We took the T1 from Voltourno to Columbo (2 stops) then onto the 4L to Venice.

  I liked staying in Mestre. It was quiet and only a 15 to 20 minute bus ride to Venice. The bus runs quite late and is only a block and a half from the hotel. (#2 bus on via Piave) The building was secure and the neighbourhood felt safe. The young gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We spilled coffee over the bedclothes right down to the mattress. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. He came up and changed all the bedding and washed the bed! The place was cleaned every day. Location was alos very good. Near bus stop and train station with good access to Venice, Verona, Padua, etc. Free safe and wi-fi and good security for the block.
