  Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excellent service.   Excellent Staff! cozy, friendly helpful. The location is perfect to visit Venice leaving the car at the hotel and going to the laguna by bus in just ten minutes.
