  excellent staff and owners. beautiful setting, lovely pool. Relaxing, quiet. Great location for day trips in Umbria. Generally a marvelous place - Location is great for visits to Perugia, Assisi etc. Marvellous view of the Lago Trasimeno. Good base for mtb. Friendly and attentive owners.

  The building had been updated using rustic quality materials which produced a lovely original Italian feel to the rooms. Our apartment was provided with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge cooker and even dishwasher). Each bedroom was provided with air conditioning which allowed you to get a really good night’s sleep in the heat. Our eight-year-old daughter loved the horses and other animals. The family that run the farm were enormously helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend it!
