The location. It is simply stunning. The piazza is a really buzzy place. There are good restaurants all around the area; great home made pasta to bring back. Eating in is a delight, as the apartment has a better view than any restaurant. The facilities are fine. It's very clean, there are oodles of towels and the hot water is hot. The owners were friendly and very accomodating. They recommended local restaurants and made reservations on our behalf for the restaurant and a taxi. The location is great, just 2 blocks from the walled city so it was convenient for us walk or bicycle to the walled city. The complementary bicycles were a great plus. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Large warm pool in a big, lush garden setting. Option to eat outdoors at each meal which we did. The room was a good size, excellent bed and the bathroom was modern with a nice bath. The oublic areas, bar and lounges were inviting and the staff were vey attentive. Overall it was fantastic.
