First of all, the breakfast was fine, like they said in description.
After all, you can't complain about the lack of American breakfast
since in presentation is written Continental breakfast. They do have an
elevator and minibar (empty but working proper) in room. They clean the
room every day and change the shits at two days. There was a Shuttle had
to come from the front of the hotel and pick the tourist for the Castel
Romano Outlet. When the management of the hotel find out that this

Stayed there for one night and everything was fine. Had a room on the second floor of the building to the right (not the one where the reception is). A window in the room was facing the wall of the building with the reception, but there also was a small balcony, so I was able to see a part of the see from it.
WiFi worked fine (had good video connectivity via Skype).
Generally, Lido di Ostia is very good option for beach leisure, for traveling to Rome (40mins by suburban train/metro for 1.50euro
