  I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome. Tables, chairs, closets that was possible to lock (bring your own lock). There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies on the floor for 4 bedrooms, so they were never crowded. I did not see showers or toilets for men as it was a separate room ;-). The hostel is well located, 5 minutes walking distance from Termini train station where also buses from airports stop.   The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight.
