The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!

Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica.
