After all I have read about ROME budget hotels, I was pleasently surprised about this one. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

We were fully satisfied with the appartment, as everythig is pretty much the same as in description and comments. Great location - Trastevere is probably the cosiest part of Rome for an evening walk and dinner. And it is also close to most of the major sightseeing points. The apartment itself is bright and well equipped, so you can really feel yourself at home. It is very comfortable for two people, and I suppose it would be not too crowded for 4 persons also. Staff were excellent - we were there for a concert and they even arranged a private car at a very reasonable rate, to bring us to the Stadio Olympico.
Breakfast vouchers came as part of the package for the cafe down the road which wasn't spectacular but nonetheless welcome each morning for a juice, coffee and pastry.
The location is perfectly placed for all the nightlife and restaurants of Trastevere.

the staff was very friendly and polite. breakfast was good for us. i travelled with my mom and she enjoyed having breakfast in their green well maintained terrace, may be not enough for male travellers but for us it was more than ok. in walking distance to most sights. at first it was hard for us to find it so i would recommend to write them and ask for directions paying closer attention to how manyy blocks and which streets to pass once you get off the bus near the bridge. rooms are as simple
