The staff (all) were very welcoming,and went that one extra step, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had the room near the entrance yes you could hear everyone coming in, but a small thing. It is a very welcoming place in the transport hub, with all facilities close at hand and when our niece turned up from Milan to visit us unexpectedly they assisted by booking her in at a very reasonable rate at short notice. We stayed for 4 nights in this B&B in their best room. It was very nice and clean, with an orthopedic bed (the mattress with a foam was not worse than my at home). Hotel manager had told he was going to replace windows with PVC double glass packs next week to make sleep even more comfortable.

Suite exactly as described and was very spacious and romantic.
The sound proofing was excellent, both from the busy traffic, and the noise from other rooms. Stayed in three hotels during our Rome trip and this was the most luxury hotel room with such a wonderfully comfortable bed! Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning, and there was also a little kitchen which provided tea and coffee making facilities should you fancy a hot drink any time of the day or night.

Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English
