After reading horror stories of small rooms and inconsistent service in
Venice, we intentionally looked for a room with updates and some space
and Carnival delivered both. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was
in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very
short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min
walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all
week and lots of water pressure. Breakfast was hot everyday and
delicious

El Hotel estuvo Splendid-o. Realmentenos gustó mucho, por su excelente localización entre San Marcos y Rialto como por el hotel, muy moderno y bonito. - El personal del hotel, la recepcion hablaban en castellano. La situacion del hotel, cerca de la plaza san marco. El desayuno era correcto.

Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. -
Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room.
Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

My 17yr son and I loved staying at Palattezzo Pisani because it was a
real Venice experience ( unlike the previous boring Venitian hotel where
we wouldn't have know which continent it was on). The Pasani is an
actual old Palace (yes it's got plumbing and hot water!!) you can
