The strongest points of this hotel are the owners/staff and the
location, and there are quite a few other nice things about it.
Luciana and Luciano, the brother and sister who own/run(?) the place, are lovely, lovely people, kind and most helpful. They're also very quick to respond to emails.
The location is great, if a bit hard to find (if you're relying on GoogleMaps, that is -- get a REAL map!). It's a few meters away from Piazza di Signoria (which is right next to the Galleria Uffizi) and

The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

The owner, Ricardo, is the most charming and welcoming host we have met anywhere. We cannot find it on via Roma at first, for we cannot believe this would be a B&B when looked outside. The decoration is very friendly, and the staff are helpful. A total class act. This B&B over exceeded my expectations in every way. You will not find a better location in Florence. Located just a few feet from Florence Cathedral, this hotel/B&B exudes so much class with a affordable rate.
The room, shower and bathroom are what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff are friendly and happy to speak English to their guests. Total class act, when I come back this WILL BE the hotel I try to stay at again. Grazie!
