We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. We were able to lock our rented bikes inside overnight! Breakfast was good, i liked the warm croissants with sugar crusted on top. good view out window. Right down street from bridge over to other side of Florence.Riding a bike was the perfect way to get around; so much to see, and getting from our hotel to the city made it possible without the pain of parking car/driving. Though we did drive a car one night (to go out to Tuscany-highly recommended) and there was free parking from 8pm-8am right

Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

A perfect location to see Florence as it was in the centre for shopping and sightseeing. Extremely clean with modern fittings and nothing was too much trouble for the host . It was a bit tricky finding the location and bags have to be taken up I flight of stairs in order to reach the lift . The concierge is only there for limited hours.. But none of this worried us as the location and standard of facilities was well worth it .

The most importantthings your going to want to find in a b&b are the room and the breakfast. Our room was great. It was large and beautiful. And the breakfast was always great too with homemade breads and yogurt and other options it was great. The location is also excellent only being a few minutes from the train station and duomo. Finally the cleaning lady was excellent every day we came back to a very clean room and fresh towels.
