We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful.
To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful.
Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders.
The one star Michelin is really well deserved.

Most helpful staff-especially front desk (helping me to stay in the sort of quite and large room that I would prefer and advising me good for value excellent restaurants that locals enjoy) and 'concierge' ready to help with anything you ask. Perfect location in Rome . Walking distance from all major sights. Staff spoke all languages and was well trained and super friendly . Rooms and beds were amazingly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and dedinitely a must. Views of Rome from hotel were breathtaking . A must stay when visiting Rome.
