  This apt. was in the perfect spot to walk to all the things we wanted to see. The apt. was a perfect place to go after a long day of sightseeing, it was comfortable- beds were great, spacious and equipped with everything we needed (wish they ha a hot water kettle for tea though...). We would highly recommend this apt! - The apartment was very central for easy access to all the sights in Rome -about 20 minute walk to St. Peters Sq. In the Vatican - choice of restaurants and bars in the area of Trastevere was very good. Our apt was located in Rue Mannatteo No. 23 - it was like a bedsit with all the facilities one would need - on the ground floor - quiet at night despite being located in a busy area.

  Everything! The owners are fantastic and they took the time at our arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize our time in Rome. They also recommended wonderful restaurants, and the 24 hour bakery next door was delicious and a great bonus. The room was exactly as pictured - very modern, clean, and comfortable. - Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

Esta bien comunicado por metro y autobuses pero esta un poco lejos del centro. - Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby. There was also a microwave availabe. - The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the vatcan walls, you can even see the top of the St. Peter's Basilica from certain rooms. The hotel is small but the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

It is 15 min walk to the Vatican Museum and Cipro Metro station (which is a few stops away from Spagna) There is an ice cream as well as a pizza shop 3 min walk away where I visited a couple of times. I feel safe in the area walking alone and I would recommend it to solo t - Madam Anna is very friendly, generous, helpful and open hearted. Though my room was pretty small even for one bed it served me well with all I needed and it was always clean. The location is also very good if you don't mind to take a short walk to the city.

  Paolo was very helpful and accommodating when I was still planing my trip. We checked in a little late and Coordinated with Paolo to have someone there at the time of our arrival. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. The shower was the most normal and similar - The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.
