It's a home away from home. Carlo was very accommodating. We don't often see him in the guesthouse but he definitely knows how to attend to our needs.
The guesthouse is a few minutes walk from Termini station, which is the main train station in Rome which can get you to other cities like Florence, Milan and Venice. There are a lot of covenience stores within the area where you can buy less expensive bottled waters and some fruits.
The free breakfast was served in a nearby cafe. Nothing fancy,

What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe. station, right under the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean

The location was great. The Metro was right outside the front doors,
making it so easy to get around. The Vatican was a short ride away. We
set up our own walking tour and from the hotel to the Colosseum,

The location is very close to the roma termini station and a metro station. They provide typical and simple breakfast, a cup of coffee and a croissant. The staff is friendly and easy-going.
