Good location, all monuments within a walking distance (with an exception for Vatican). Near Termini station. Very nice restaurant on the other side of the street (sometimes they have life music - good to have a room with street view;). You can feel Rome spirit in this hotel. The place is a bit old, but surprisingly clean and tidy, the owner does not speak english but very nice and always smiling, very close to the termini and all the shops, would recommend this to tight budget travelers. -

Very very very very helpfull staff. The explained which places to visit, which buses to get, printed out tickets, spoke english.
Also location was good, central close to train station, with restaurants near by, safe by night.

Perfect location, new hotel so finish is clean and functional. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Rooms are heated or cooled as required. Plenty of power points and strong WI/FI with a desk as required for the modern Traver.
Secure and safe.
Plenty of access to the METRO and buses. An easy walk to Roma Termini the main rail station and access point for airport shuttles.
