As for the service...the staff at the Palazzo Victoria understand very well the meaning of customer service and consistently deliver. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms of a very high standard. The air conditioning worked perfectly and appreciated given the 32 degree heat outside. The breakfast was excellent.
