The room was cleaner and more spacious than I expected. It was the best
3-star hotel room that I had stayed. It looked like a 4-star hotel room.
It was really hot outside higher than 35 degree in celsius! But the air
conditioner worked very well and we could stay in the room being

Nice location, residential area , yet not too far from the city centre. Very friendly staff, and very clean, cool rooms. Great hotel!!! And above all: not expensive for a Roman hotel.

Our standard room was medium sized, clean, bright and airy with a mini bar and large en suite. We also had a small balcony. Beds were very comfortable and there was no noise at night. Air conditioning was easy to control. Good variety for breakfast. Staff at reception very friendly and obliging. -

quiet neighborhood, interesting and quirky place to stay--like sleeping
at your lawyer's very nicely decorated office. Good location for
Vatican. Nice selection of guidebooks which we used. Check out the local

tranquilidad atención - It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.

The LOCATION was fabulous! Just a short 10 block walk to the vatican/Tiber river.... I could walk to almost any amazing site/area within 30 minutes to an hour, and the Metro station for the cities great subway system, is about 8 short blocks away.

The hotel was very close to the Vatican, extremely clean, Roberto and the other staff were great. This was a last minute booking and I lucked out finding it since it was extremely busy in Rome on that weekend. I was very pleased with everything.

Clean and spacious premises, excellent safe location! The proprietor Annamaria is a nice friendly person, though seeing her on two occasions only! She is very accommodating and willing to help and for that reason alone, we would be happy to give the business to her next time we go to Rome!
