Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

made sure their guests were welcomed with friendliness, maps, and
suggestions for restaurants. Breakfasts were set for each day and staff
intermittently were on site to provide information in English.. They

Very friendly staff and very helpful. i arrived at midnight and staff waited there to help me checking in. The hostel is nicely decorated. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to a bus stop and Metro station, so you can get to city center easily. Bathroom is clean.

Me ha gustado todo; el personal muy atento, la limpieza de las habitaciones diaria, desayuno completo, la terraza para relajarte por las noches, la tranquilidad de la zona. Estuvimos en el tercer piso y casi no se oye nada el comedor. Todo muy nuevo. Cerca de metro y autobús. Totalmente recomendable. Si vuelvo a Roma volveré al Cinemusic Hotel. -

I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and

- The room is very clean and comfortable
- Nice atmosphere in the hotel
- Quiet area
- The hotel is placed near the metro station (about 350 m) so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome very quickly

Irene and all of the staff were amazingly kind, helpful and funny! This
was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness
are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful
incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world
with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would
stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)----
Tuscolana is right on the train line. Quiet neighbourhood.
