as others stated. We went up a few times throughout our stay and there
was never anyone up there - we were able to take photos and just relax.
The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

In general the room, the staff who was very kind. People often complain about the breakfast but I think it is just fine. It is enough, at least :) Everything was clean, so nothing to say there. And they kept our bags even after we checked out (we checked out in the morning and had a late evening flight). -

We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. The hotel is a nice mix of modern and old. The rooms are nicely appointed-the bed is relatively comfortable. The breakfast was quite good and the breakfast area is nice-particularly if you can sit in the courtyard.
