  A friend on mine and me spent one night at B&B Toma and it was a great pleasure for us. Mario was a perfect host, nice and friendly and he was assisting with precious information which made our stay in Rome much easier. The B&B is nice and sober, all the forniture is new and Mario together with his mum the keep it very clean. The location is also really good because the subway it's just 2 minutes away and in - The owner, Mario, is a friendly and helpful person. The location is perfect. 3 mins walking to metro. Supermarket is near the entrance. The toilets and our room were always clean. The breakfast is so-so but who cares this if there is a large supermarket on the first floor :) There is a coffee machine from Lavazzo and the result was delicious. Overall, for the price value and what you get, this place deserves 10 points.

  Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

  Excellent spot for a romantic weekend stay. LiRioni is situated close to the Colloseum and Forum Romanum, in a quiet surroundings. LiRioni is located on the 4th floor (the highest, there is an elevator) and has a cute little kitchen and dining room on the top - Very nice apartment next to the Colosseum on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator). Rooms are new and clean. The apartment has a beautiful terrace on the roof exactly as seen on the pictures. The apartment is located on the small quite street, so there is no noise from the street at night. Wifi is as fast as tornado. The hostess Valentina is very friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. We will definitely stay at Li Rioni B&B on our next visit to Rome.

  Me ha gustado todo del hotel. El trato familiar del personal, muy amables, muy atentos. Las instalaciones del hotel de lujo y el desayuno ni que decir, todo muy rico y de mucha variedad!   "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)
