although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. I would recommend it for any one. -

... lo que la gente dice » s very near to Termini, very convenient for transportation. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday. The boss is very very nice, he talked me about my trip plan and gave me a lot of suggestion. Thank him so much.

Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another
hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and

Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!

The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini.
The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building.
The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift.

The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great
especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice
and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken
care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around
the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked
run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative

Room was about 100metres away from reception (different building) at the other end of building , opposite the street. Welcomed by a big roman wooden door, which was an unique experience. Room was big, shower with heater was working well. Real stone walls separate rooms from others, total isolation of peace.

This is extremely well located just off the famous Piazza di Spagna and
surrounded by luxury designer stores. It is a great budget option for
the location, as most of the other hotels around there are far more
expensive. The staff, whilst not being the best English speakers, were
