Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. The owners are very nice and helpful as we had a little problem with late check-in. Room is very modern and clean. Location is good. It's near to train station. The friendliness and the fact that Massimiliano (manager) was so helpful and understanding (grazie!). Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

This is an excellent accommodation on offer, particularly considering the moderate price. I must say that we liked everything in the hotel/hostel, the friendly staff, the clean and excellent facilities, and the convenient location. We enjoyed every minute stay there. I would also mention that when my wife and I just arrived, Ervis, a staff member gave us a thorough introduction about Florence, which was really help. Las instalaciones del hotel. Es un hotel nuevo con todas las comodidades. El servicio es también excelente. Se encuentra a 10 min en bus del centro de la ciudad, pero es muy cómodo el desplazamiento. Tiene un supermercado al lado mismo del hotel y parking privado por sólo 10 Euros la noche, normalmente en la ciudad cuesta mucho más. - Nos alojamos
... lo que la gente dice » en el nuevo edificio de Quadra Key y estaba todo super nuevo, incluso estrenamos algunas cosas. Las habitaciones son amplias, el apartamento muy confortable y el personal muy agradable y servicial. En comentarios de otras personas la principal queja era el ruido pero en el nuevo edificio había un silencio total.
