We had a family suite for four, ideal for us with two adult children on the trip with us. Great location for exploring Venice. Easy to get to other areas on foot. Friendly, comfortable & clean family run hotel. Lovely breakfast & rooms serviced daily with clean towels & toiletries. Staff helpful with lots of advice, maps provided & guidance for getting around & where to go.

The kids loved their cabin with the bunk beds, we loved our double cabin... Easy transport by Vaporetto 2 to the highlights of Venice all night long. - Unusual place to stay in Venice, very quiet, gentle rocking, not that I needed it to go to sleep, very comfortable, lovely views, excellent breakfast. Nelli and her dog very welcoming.

The location of the hotel was perfect, only 10 minutes from San Marco's which is far close enough to easily reach and far enough away to get away from the noisy crowds. Room was basic but functional and thank goodness the AC worked because outside it was 38 degrees C. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful.
