  The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

  Muy bien situado, pero en general todo está bien - El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy bien mantenidas. Limpieza muy buena. El desayuno, aunque pobre, en la terraza es una buena forma de comenzar el día.

  La decoración del hotel es muy bonita. La habitación y el baño amplios. La ubicación excelente. Te dan llaves para entrar de manera independiente a cualquier hora, lo cual resulta práctico. - Las habitaciones son enormes y bien cuidadas. La atención es cálida y la ubicación inmejorable.

  We stayed in 2 rooms, both of which were lovely. The facilities in the room were high spec & cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast gave huge choice & was really tasty. The location was great as it was on a pedestrianised street in a good location. Finally I can't speak highly enough of the staff. If I was returning to Naples tomorrow I would definitely stay at this hote - We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great. Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!
