We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

Room was about 100metres away from reception (different building) at the other end of building , opposite the street. Welcomed by a big roman wooden door, which was an unique experience. Room was big, shower with heater was working well. Real stone walls separate rooms from others, total isolation of peace.
