We stayed in the Annex, which is around the corner from the main hotel and reception. Both buildings are in the old city centre, a block or two away from Trevi fountain and many restaurants and curio shops. great location.

We really loved staying in this hotel. The room was a good size and very
clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had a room with a
small balcony, looking out onto the street, which we much appreciated.
The location is perfect for visiting all the sights in Rome and the
staff were all friendly and helpful. Other reviewers have mentioned
Tiger on reception as being extra helpful, and he does, indeed, deserve

La ubicación. - I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew
