  The staff was extremely helpful. Especially the lady at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Room heating was adjustable and excellent. Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance. We were afraid of possible noise but the inner side of the building is quiet. Great distance from the underground station - great connection to both city centre and Lido di Ostia for beach :) Overall - excellent for a great price, would recommend for everyone! I was positively surprised after all the negatives voices from this page - nothing bad happend to us :)

  This is a private flat with 3 rooms. New furnitures, quality like in a five stars hotel. The double bed is big size and really good quality mattress to sleep. Double window, so even though it is next to the busy road it was ok. Air-condition was necessary because it was not a lof of air in the room.
