All receptionists are warm and friendly (especially Vicki). Good value for money. Comfortable and cosy hotel with a piano. Out the front door and 30 seconds later your at the Trevi Fountian. 2 minute walk to the via del corso, restaurants all around you and walking distance to all the major historic sites. our room was large, comfortable and spotless with good facilities. Very good hotel! Incredibly helpful personnel,want to thank again two girls from reception and Francesca for the amazing service. Breakfast directly into the room and it was really rich- me and my wife could not eat everything. Conditionier in the room saved us from the hot weather, which sometimes exceeded 30 celsius degrees outside. Silence, clean, superb. Placed couple meters from Trevi fountain,all historical places so close. I left this hotel with a very warm memories :) No doubt next time

very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful.

I was a bit nervous booking this because there weren't many reviews,
but it far exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was the best, complete
with scrambled eggs and fried bacon along with the normal Italian
breakfast staples. The owners are wonderful hosts and had amazing
recommendations for dinner. Definitely go to the restaurant on the
corner, it was a favorite of our entire trip! Location was fantastic and

Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great
