As many reviewers comment, the entrance is sparse at best. The entrance
is no indication of the hotel once you get up the stairs. We aren't
sure why some reviewers comment harshly on the stairs... It is Venice
and there are stairs in just about every hotel! The rooms are fairly

Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room.
Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc.. -
Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place.

La situación en Venecia, estaba en el centro. Desde el salón se podía ver el Gran Canal y justo enfrente tenía La Pechería. Increible. The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice. If I come back to Venice, I will probably stay there again! -

Ubicacion frente al mar, facil acceso al vaporetto, linda piscina - The rooms were comfortable and beautifully furnished and well equiped. We loved the swimming pool too. - excellent experience for new year eve stay,I will go back again next time
