I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. Location Location Location! 5 minutes walk to the Pantheon or Piazza Navona which is a good starting point for any visit to Rome. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat. It is located between the Spanish steps & Piazza Navona right in the middle of everything, but still we had peace & quiet.

I liked everythig, the breakfast was good, the employees were very atentious, but they need to speak english, maybe they don't have so many tourist who speaks english, but it would be a diferencial. It's near to vaticano, but if you want to go to others touristic places we need to go by metro, there is a statio near to the hotel. -
