Very nice hotel with classic style (pretty rooom with good furniture and bath room). Located on quiet street, about 10 minutes walk to the borders of old city. There was swedish breacfast. Friendly staff also helped with economy parking places. Near the hotel some shops (for it was better than empty trip to outlet near Florence), trattorias, and Coop supermarket.

Cercania al centro de la ciudad - La ubicación es excelente, junto a la Santa Croce. El precio es muyeconómico, aunque las instalaciones requieren ser reformadas. Aunque elbaño es externo, es privado y la habitación dispone también de lavabo ybidé (por lo que hay 2 lavabos y ¡2 bidés!). Personal amable.

It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo

We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. I don't think it possible to have such a clean place and with all the necessary for that price, and in such a good location. The staff was friendly and the room stayed cool throughout the day and night in spite of the heat outside. The wi-fi worked well and was free. Sheets were changed and towels as well. We stayed for one week and have nothing to complain. I recommend the place to anyone searching for something simple combining extremely good place and good location within the inner city.
