feel like we were the only ones staying there. After a long day of

The location was great. Literally right next to metro station Furio Camilla. A short trip into the city, we never waited more than a few minutes for a train . Sandra, the owner was lovely. Extremely helpful in checking out bus times and routes for us. Very professional. The hotel is on the second floor of a block with other businesses with a small elevator. It was well air conditioned and felt very secure. Very clean, neat and tidy. We would recommend . Thanks Sandra, for making us very welcome

- Nice atmosphere in the hotel

- The hotel is placed near the metro station (about 350 m) so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome very quickly

Irene and all of the staff were amazingly kind, helpful and funny! This
was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness
are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful
incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world
with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would
stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)----
Tuscolana is right on the train line. Quiet neighbourhood.

Situación buena, por el metro, aunque este cerraba demasiado pronto las 22h. El hotel muy bien, todo muy nuevo, la habitación en el último piso y con terraza. We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. Clean, tidy and no drainage problems as there were in other hotels.

I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old
classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in
quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like
the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few
minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana
(Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be
very competive and attractive

The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated
towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in
Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They
answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets
for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board).
Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients
were fresh.

The Hotel was lovely and the staff are very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms had good air-conditioning so you can live through the hot summer.... the wifi is fast..
If only the hotel was a bit closer to the centre...
