  very welcoming and helpful felt valued as customer - The staff were absolutely fabulous. We travelled with a small baby , andeveryone from the receptionist, to the dining room staff wereunbelieveably kind to us. They couldn't have done enough to help us.

  We were group of 5 friends and we had to spent a night in Forli.Eveything was top perfect in this hotel. Staff was really nice and kind. Rooms were big enough, clean and modern. Nothing to complain about. There was a spa, but we didn't try it. Restaurant was also good enought. Highly recommend it! - It was just fantastic!
