The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about
Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful.
We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants
in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and
quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. Exit to the right

value for the price is ideal. -
The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!

The room was fantastic, Clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom
was also very nice, well furnished with an excellent shower. The staff
were very friendly and helpful. On arrival they provided us with a map

The father/son owners, Luigi and Mario, work hard to create an affordable, welcoming and convenient place for travelers to Florence. The center of town is close enough to walk for those inclined (15 minutes) or short cab ride for those not so inclined. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and quiet.

We stayed for 7 nights and loved every moment of our stay. Hosts
Viviana and Paulo made us welcome from the moment we walked through
the gate. Their place is welcoming and relaxed and nothing is too much
trouble. Viviana even showed us how to catch the bus and where to
visit in Florence. Her daily treats and well stocked complimentary
fridge were well received. We ate at the local restaurant six nights -
another of Viviana's suggestions - fantastic. The quality of this
place was great.

This was a pleasant surprise. Well-chosen modern interior and art made this feel like a luxury accomodation, yet quite affordable for a family of four. Walking distance to city center and despite located next to busy road, it was not noisy at all at night. Friendly and helpful owner (Mario) and staff made us feel welcome. Decent breakfast to start

Mario (the owner) is very nice and helpful! The B&B is around 12 minutes walk from train station, the room is clean, quite, comfortable and well designed. The breakfast is rich & delicious, capuchino made by Mario is perfect!
Rubina will be my first choice if I visit Florence again, and I will recommend it to my friends.
