A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in takes place from 10:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Final cleaning is included. A cleaning fee only applies for guests who bring pets. A higher damage deposit will also be required for guests who bring pets. Check-in is possible until 24:00. Electricity, gas and water are not included for stays of 7 nights or more. Please inform Apartments Florence Capponi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
