We stayed at this hotel in mid September and at the end of the season so it was quite quiet. The room was superb with a balcony and a glimpse of the sea. The hotel itself showed attention to detail in every way. The breakfasts and evening meals were excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is perfect visiting the temples, and the family room accomodated our family very comfortably. The staff of the hotel is amazing - transferred us to and from the train station in a private vehicle to facilitate a tight schedule, and the restaurant affiliated with the hotel opened 1/2 hour early to accomodate our young son. Lovely hotel with a comfortable family room. The pool was enjoyed after a hot day exploring. The staff was very helpful and even found a ball so my sons could play soccer in the soccer field. The free bikes were a nice touch and allowed us to have an early morning ride past the beautiful ruins right next door as well as the buffalo farm. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel as well. The breakfast in the morning had a good variety so everyone was happy (I particularly enjoyed the buffalo milk yogurt).

This hotel is a beautifully restored two hundred year old grand house beside the ancient walls of the temples. The room was spacious and scrupulously clean. The staff was friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Booked tours and recommended restaurants. We felt very much at home. There was adjacent parking on the street. -
