  Sylvia, the host, was extremely kind and helpful. Her daughter, Margherita, speaks good English and French. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes and marmallade. It is located in a small village, but supermarket and pharmacy are nearby - 5 mins walk. There is a nearby river where it is nice to swim and one can bring also dogs. It has a great feeling and you can meet the locals too. - The staff were so helpful as we were lost and they actually went out looking for part of our party. Amazing people in this town. We went to dinner late at night at a little restaurant down the road and found the staff there to be so open and engaging. We met the owner, a lovely young woman, and her staff and had a long visit about Italy, America, politics, etc. The food was fantastic...great pizza! Locanda BelSole was quaint and a bright spot on our vacation.

  Roberto was very helpful throughout our stay, cooking us a delicious breakfast every morning - toast, meat, cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt - even his own home made pear jam! Setting is beautiful, bed was comfortable and warm and very relaxing. Great value for money!
