  Everything. Extremely friendly and helpful staff: Alessia in particular could not do enough for us and spoke excellent English. Superb comfortable and elegant room and bathroom ( we had a superior double); great location 2km outside Arezzo, pleasant grounds ( in summer the outside gardens and terrace bar etc would be superb). Excellent restaurant ... lo que la gente dice » with super food at good value and an excellent reasonably priced wine list. - The hotel was a traditional listed building, simple but comfortable. The owner was very warm and welcoming, and took great care with our dietary requirements, even serving specially made dishes for dinner and breakfast. Arezzo was a beautiful, easy town to visit, stunning on a sunny day.

  The hotel is situated in the center of Arezzo and very near to the train station (walking distance). The facilities are very good, the room is welcoming, clean and nice. I had also a nice balcony. The staff is very polite and nice. It was the first time I received an email from the hotel after making the booking through letsbookhotel.com about spe... lo que la gente dice » cial request I made in the booking. The internet in the room is fast and working well. - The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.
