  It was spotlessly clean and all the necessities were there. The beds were good. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great surprise. The apartment was newly furnished and very clean - above my expectation.

  We really loved the welcome we received from Paulo the lovely lady, who was so friendly and kind.She made us very welcome to Alghero and explained where we could get buses and find supermarkets. The room was large, comfortable and clean (cleaned every day after 10am). It looked exactly like it did in the photos. We had a fridge, a hairdryer, ample storage space and a view of the sea. The room itself is quiet even when it's busy outside. Breakfast was decent with a large choice of beverages and foods. The location was perfect for exploring the city (5 mins

  Its a good situated hotel. We spend a week in the apartment and we loved it. Personal was realy kind and the apartment was clean and the beds oke. 1 minut away there is a big supermarket. The pool is lovely. In frond of the hotel is the see and lovely restaurants on the beach. Superplace to stay. Nice place to stay! - Lovely apartment with 2 balconies - one facing the street with partial sea view off the lounge and the balcony off the bedroom faced the pool and had a sea view. The beds were comfortable and we had extra blankets for the nippy nights (we went in early May). Location is a nice 20 minute walk from the old town and there is a beautiful prominade all the way. Loved Alghero and LOVED Residence Picalé.

We were supposed to be self-catering but Monica brought us de - Il Sogno is in a stunning location, very peaceful, with lovely accommodation and a beautiful pool area. Alessandro is a mine of information and will advise on the best beaches and places to eat - and his wife will bake you the most beautiful cake and bread! Wonderful hosts and wonderful location, what more could you ask for!! I would recommend to anybody looking for a beautiful retreat in the countryside with a quick car journey into Alghero town.
