Paolabeing the English speaker seems to do everything else.

Practically everything. We spent there two weeks and it was so far our best stay in Italy. The owner of the place Alessio with his family was very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved him from the first day.

We arrived by taxi from the train station to a very friendly and welcoming greeting on a hot afternoon. The pool was wonderfully refreshing. The innkeepers were wonderful, charming and so helpful. The place is immaculate in a beautiful setting. This family run business was a great find. The rooms were clean and the staff were more than willing to assist with any requests. There was a variety of choices for breakfast with freshly made coffees to order. The town of Assisi is close by, within walking distance. We would recommend this venue as great value for money.
